Vinification on skins
PREAMBLE

This work was carried out by the 3rd class technology at the Lycee Viticole 2004-2005 of Champagne, as part of a technology project.

Students have made winemaking red grapes of a plot of operating the Lycee Viticole de Champagne, planted with pinot noir. The photographs were taken by the students themselves.
