PREAMBLE

These charts were carried out by the class of 3rd technological 2006-2007 of the Wine College of Champagne, framed by François DROUET, Professor of Agro-Equipment to the Wine High School of Champagne, and Michel VERON, Professor of Vine growing-Oenology to the Wine High School of Champagne.
The pupils worked by group of two or three, and the photographs were taken by the pupils themselves.
