PRESENTATION :
This site is carried out by Michel VERON, Oenologist, vine-growing and oenology teacher at the Wine High School of Champagne. The videos were carried out by Jean-Claude PAULAUQUI, former oenology teacher at the Wine High school of Champagne. Activities of the part “wine Equipment” are carried out by Cyrille DELOZANNE, engineering teacher at the Wine High School of Champagne. The charts on the oenological products are carried out by Nathalie PORTALURI, oenologist, vine-growing and oenology teacher at the Wine High School of Champagne, with her second-year students of wine growing and oenology BTS. The pictures are carried out by Michel VERON. With the participation of Benoit JOLLY, Technician in Vine-growing on the school estate, François DROUET, engineering teacher at the Wine School of champagne and Marie Panigaï, teacher of economy at the Wine School of champagne.
This site is composed of charts, videos, students' works and games. It is aimed at the teachers, technicians or future technicians and all those interested in oenology. A forum is also at your disposal.
